We met Cindy at an Open House in Glen Ellyn while out browsing for houses on our own.  Almost a year later, we remembered meeting Cindy, and contacted her about helping us to sell our condo in Lombard and also to buy a house. 
 
Cindy helped us in very step of the process of both buying and selling.  She was extremely hard working, diligent, and driven to help us get a sale on our condo in a tough market.  She mainted professionalism and patience with the sale of our condo, even when we were faced with obstacles beyond our control. 
 
When buying a house, she was very respectul of our needs and was very attentive to our search list.  She always put our best interests at heart and was willing to go the extra mile to make sure we ended up with the house that we wanted.

Cindy Carlson made our home buying experience what it really should be  an exciting and wonderful experience.  Finding a really good realtor was the key to the overall experience, and we are very happy to have found Cindy.  When we began our search, we wanted to take our time to find the "perfect" home for our family.  We knew we wanted to focus on Naperville, but we really had no clear idea of exactly what we wanted in a home, how much work we were willing to put into the home, what part of Naperville would be best for us, or even how much we wanted to spend.  We were really in no hurry at all.  To be honest, we would probably be considered by many to be a realtor´s nightmare.  Cindy Carlson was fantastic from beginning to end.  In our many weekends and evenings with Cindy, she helped us through the process, providing amazing insight about each neighborhood and the surrounding areas.  As we grew to know each other better, Cindy had a good sense about what we would like and dislike.  Still, she patiently allowed us to draw our own conclusions in our own time and this was important to us.  On some days, I think we must have visited twelve to fifteen homes.  This was no small task considering that all the while we had our four year old son with us.  Looking at homes all day is the last thing a four year old wants to do, but Cindy was very good about engaging our son and keeping his interest.  He still talks about Cindy even today!  With Cindy´s help, we have purchased a home that is "perfect" for our family and will meet our needs for years to come.  We found Cindy Carlson to be very knowledgeable, hard-working, patient, and reputable.  She showed a genuine interest in getting to know our family and in meeting our needs.  Without hesitation, we will call Cindy Carlson again in the future and will definitely recommend Cindy to our family and friends.

Back in early 2003, my husband and I met Cindy when we called her on one of her listings.  For a little while we looked at some other places, but ended up deciding to hold off on purchasing a home at that time. I held onto Cindy's card because she was a very warm person when we were working with her the first time.  In January 2004, we called Cindy back to help us look for a home again.
